Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Procurement Officer** to manage purchasing activities, vendor relations, and compliance with procurement policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring cost\-effective sourcing and timely delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities * **Vendor management**: Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong supplier relationships. * **Purchase orders**: Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders. * **Negotiation**: Secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and Bahrain’s trade regulations. * **Inventory coordination**: Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels. * **Reporting**: Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations. * Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s procurement and trade practices is an advantage.
