Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Property Consultant** to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through property transactions, providing market insights, and driving sales growth. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about real estate and client service. Key Responsibilities * **Client engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. * **Property listings**: Manage and promote property portfolios across digital and offline platforms. * **Market analysis**: Provide clients with accurate insights into property values and market trends. * **Negotiation**: Facilitate property deals and secure favorable terms for clients. * **Documentation**: Ensure contracts and legal paperwork are completed accurately. * **Sales targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of Bahrain’s property market and regulations is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
