Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices **Company:** Mirameve Media \& Tech **Location:** Hamad Town, Bahrain **Job Position: Scrum Master** **Salary:** BHD 1,035\.32 / month Job Overview: Mirameve Media \& Tech is looking for an experienced **Scrum Master** to facilitate Agile practices, support development teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, Agile methodology knowledge, and the ability to remove obstacles while improving team productivity. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field * Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and software development processes * Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, reviews, and retrospectives * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders * Experience using Agile project management tools is an advantage * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred Responsibilities: * Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices within development teams * Organize and lead Scrum meetings and sprint activities * Remove blockers and help teams achieve project goals * Support teams in improving workflow and productivity * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities * Monitor sprint progress and help ensure timely delivery * Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices * Track team performance and provide project updates when needed Pay: Up to BD1,035\.320 per month Work Location: In person
