Role Overview We are seeking a **Fleet Manager** to oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and cost\-effective management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in logistics, and expertise in fleet operations. Key Responsibilities * **Fleet operations management**: Supervise daily fleet activities, including dispatch, routing, and scheduling. * **Maintenance oversight**: Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on time. * **Compliance monitoring**: Guarantee adherence to local transport regulations and safety standards. * **Cost control**: Manage budgets, fuel consumption, and operational expenses. * **Team leadership**: Lead drivers and support staff, promoting accountability and performance. * **Data reporting**: Prepare reports on fleet utilization, efficiency, and KPIs. * **Vendor coordination**: Liaise with service providers, insurers, and suppliers. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations. * Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and ERP tools. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
