Job Type: Full\-time Salary: BD 180 – 250 (based on experience) Working Hours: 10 hours per day Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in floral design and flower care (mandatory) * Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) * Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior * Creative, detail\-oriented, and open\-minded * Dedicated, committed, and willing to learn and grow Key Responsibilities * Creating hand bouquets * Preparing vase, box, and floral arrangements (small \& large scale) * Preparing wedding Dazza. * Maintaining flower freshness and lifespan * Preparing chocolate platters * Handling customer interaction with confidence and professionalism Skills \& Competencies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment * Good problem\-solving and critical thinking skills * Well\-presented with a professional appearance * Sales skills and customer\-focused mindset Portfolio Requirement Applicants must provide a portfolio of previous work, especially bouquets and floral arrangements.
