The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls * Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services * Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings * Provide basic administrative and clerical support * Maintain records and update databases as required **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity * Locally available in Bahrain * Immediate joiners are highly preferred Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
