Responsibilities: Manage patient appointments, billing, patient feedback, complaints, and queries Patient visit related charging and invoicing. Daily cash and credit collection. Escalate complaints to the Customer Service Team Leader/Head of Corporate Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy Identify customers' needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their problems Requirements: Minimum 1 years’ experience preferably in a medical centre.
