Summary: The British Club is seeking a reliable and organised Storekeeper for full-time stock and inventory management across its various outlets. Highlights: 1. Manage stock and inventory across Club stores and outlets 2. Utilise Jonas Club Inventory System and Excel for accurate records 3. Collaborate with F&B Manager and other departmental heads The British Club is looking for a reliable and organised **Storekeeper** to join our team on a full\-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of stock and inventory across the Club’s stores and outlets, including stock ordering, receiving, issuing, record keeping, purchase orders and month\-end inventory. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels across stores and Club outlets. * Prepare stock replenishment orders and coordinate with approved suppliers. * Receive and verify deliveries, ensuring quantities, condition and expiry dates are acceptable. * Maintain accurate inventory records using the Jonas Club Inventory System and Excel. * Prepare and process purchase orders, receiving records and related documentation. * Issue stock to Club outlets against approved requisitions. * Carry out regular spot checks and monitor expiry dates. * Prepare monthly count sheets and conduct month\-end stock counts for stores, outlets and kitchen. * Capture stock transfers and inventory movements accurately in the system. * Maintain a clean, organised and secure store area. * Provide inventory reports and information as required by Management and assist with audits. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory control, purchasing or a similar role is preferred. * Good numerical and record\-keeping skills. * Comfortable using computer systems, Excel and inventory software. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organisational and time\-management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, managers and other departments. * Able to work independently and follow established stock\-control procedures. * Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, clubs or hotels would be an advantage. * Good command of English. **Reporting:** The Storekeeper will report to the **F\&B Manager** and work closely with the Club Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Senior Accountant, Culinary Director and Duty Manager. **Salary:** * Negotiable based on experience Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From BD350\.000 per month Application Question(s): * Applicant must be in Bahrain * Are you willing to work during weekends and holiday?
