Focus on high hygiene standards and food safety **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items in a specific section for cake assembling / production section. * Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, quality standards, and hygiene regulations * Work efficiently under the guidance of senior chefs to learn and improve skills * Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, kitchen equipment, and utensils * Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors * Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste * Participate in training and development opportunities as directed by the kitchen management **Qualifications \& Skills:** * 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen * Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Team player with good communication and time management skills * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD200\.000 \- BD250\.000 per month Work Location: In person
