Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **HR Coordinator** to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be **currently residing in Bahrain**, available for **immediate joining**, and possess a good understanding of **Bahrain labor law** and HR administrative processes. The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and compliance\-related activities. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and support day\-to\-day HR operations and administrative activities. * Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. * Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and onboarding new hires. * Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation. * Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR reports. * Support visa processing, work permit renewals, and employee documentation requirements. * Ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies. * Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. * Generate HR reports and maintain accurate records for management review. * Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs. * Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role. * Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Currently residing in Bahrain. * Available for immediate joining. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with HRMS or HR software systems. * Familiarity with visa processing and employee relations. Work Location: In person
