We are seeking an experienced **Senior Accountant** to manage complex accounting functions, ensure compliance with Bahraini regulations, and provide financial leadership within our growing team. Key Responsibilities * **Financial reporting:** Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure adherence to Bahraini tax laws, IFRS, and internal policies. * **Audit support:** Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation. * **Budget management:** Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring variances. * **Team mentorship:** Guide and support junior accountants in daily operations. * **Process improvement:** Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) strongly preferred. * Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahraini financial regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving abilities.
