Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled **Enterprise Solutions Architect** to design, implement, and optimize enterprise\-level IT solutions. The successful candidate will lead architecture initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that Edmart Systems continues to deliver cutting\-edge technology strategies across industries. Key Responsibilities * **Solution architecture**: Design scalable and secure enterprise IT solutions. * **Cloud integration**: Oversee cloud adoption strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP. * **System optimization**: Enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency of enterprise systems. * **Stakeholder collaboration**: Partner with clients and internal teams to align solutions with business goals. * **Governance \& compliance**: Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and regulatory standards. * **Innovation leadership**: Introduce emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and microservices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * 8–12 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior role. * Expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise integration. * Strong knowledge of databases, middleware, and microservices architecture. * Proven track record of delivering enterprise\-scale solutions. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s IT and compliance landscape is an advantage.
