Summary: Responsible for core banking system technical support, managing operational aspects, and ensuring user satisfaction and system coordination with suppliers. Highlights: 1. Manage core banking system technical support and user guidance. 2. Perform day-to-day IT operations and system maintenance. 3. Maintain high availability and reliability of vital CBS servers. **General Description –** 1\. Responsible of the Core Banking System technical support related issues within Organization. 2\. Manages all planning, operational, technical support, and administrative aspects of the core banking system and acts as the secondary source of user technical advice, guidance and expertise related to the core banking system. 3\. Performs and controls the day\-to\-day activities of IT operations section. 4\. Prepares activity and progress reports. **Main Activities –** 1\. Support the operation of the Core Banking System (CBS) services and assigned staff. 2\. Manages and responsible for the support for all Organization CBS users. 3\. Ensure end users satisfaction and maintain quality controls in relation to the Core Banking System. 4\. System coordination with suppliers and maintenance parties in relation to the Core Banking System. 5\. Monitors and maintains all communication lines. 6\. Maintains all logging, reporting and backup systems for the Core Banking System. 7\. Perform day\-to\-day systems maintenance operations related to the Core Banking System. 8\. Handle all related problems, upgrades and maintenance for the Core Banking System. 9\. Ensure minimum down time of vital Core Banking System servers, improve reliability and availability of all related servers concerned 10\. Perform backups (Daily, Monthly) and important information, as well as keeping a log for all backups. 11\. Ensure the completion of (EOD, EOM, Others) reports distributed for the departments. 12\. Maintains a broad knowledge of state\-of\-the\-art technology, equipment, and/or systems; including and not limited to Relational databases management, DB2 and Oracle. 13\. Maintains a safe and secure environment for employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures. 14\. Performs miscellaneous job\-related duties as assigned. 15\. Adherence to information security within the bank. **Education Requirements –** **Qualifications :\-** · Bachelor’s degree in computer studies or equivalent years of experience. **Specific Experience** 2 years of experience in the IS/IT domain. **Language Skills \& Experience:\-** · Ability to communicate in Arabic and English in written and spoken, with · Additional ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. · Good Hands\-on knowledge with Core Banking Systems and basic accounting systems · Good Hands\-on knowledge Relational Databases Management (DB2 and Oracle) Work Location: In person
