Summary: We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Creator with a strong understanding of social media to conceptualise, film, edit, and publish engaging content for our F&B company. Stay up to date with current social media trends and create relevant content We are looking for a creative and hands\-on Content Creator to join our growing F\&B company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and be confident in conceptualising, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms. You should be someone who follows social media trends, understands what makes content engaging, and can turn ideas into high\-quality content with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities * Develop creative and engaging content ideas for our F\&B brands. * Plan, shoot and edit short\-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories and promotional content. * Take high\-quality food, product, outlet and lifestyle photography. * Create content that showcases our food, restaurants, promotions, events and brand personality. * Write engaging captions and short\-form copy suitable for different social media platforms. * Manage and maintain a regular content schedule. * Stay up to date with current TikTok, Instagram and social media trends. * Create trend\-based and culturally relevant content for the Bahrain market. * Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop campaign content. * Assist with influencer collaborations, shoots and promotional campaigns. * Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and quality standards. * Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Videographer, Digital Marketer or similar role. * Previous experience in F\&B, hospitality, retail, lifestyle or agency environments is preferred. * Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography and social media content. * Excellent skills in mobile photography and videography. * Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools. * Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design tools is an advantage. * Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends. * Creative eye with strong attention to detail. * Good communication and storytelling skills. * Able to work independently and manage multiple content requirements. * Comfortable working on\-site at restaurants/outlets for filming and content production. * Flexible and willing to work around events, promotions and campaign requirements.
