Summary: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies. Highlights: 1. Ensure recruitment compliance and best practices Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. \- Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms. \- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. \- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews. \- Perform candidate reference checks and employment verification. \- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies. \- Coordinate offer preparation, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. \- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records. \- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks. \- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review. \- Support HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the GCC. Freshers also welcomed \- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms. \- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Currently residing in Bahrain.
