Position **Learning \& Development Manager** Location **Manama, Bahrain** Salary **BHD 900–1,500 per month** Short Professional Job Description Develop and implement learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance. Manage training programs, conduct learning needs analyses, oversee talent development initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Design and deliver training and development programs * Conduct training needs assessments * Manage leadership development and succession planning * Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance * Coordinate onboarding and professional development initiatives * Maintain learning records and training budgets * Support organizational development and employee engagement Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field * 5\+ years of experience in learning and development or talent management * Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles * Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage Pay: BD900\.000 \- BD1,500\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manama
