The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of healthcare products, and the ability to achieve sales objectives while maintaining professional standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and medical facilities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. * Provide accurate product information and conduct product presentations. * Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer networks. * Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. * Conduct regular client visits and maintain customer accounts. * Prepare sales reports, activity updates, and market insights. * Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales strategies. * Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry guidelines. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or healthcare\-related roles is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare services. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare providers. * Strong sales orientation and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage client visits. * Good organizational and time management abilities. * Basic computer skills and reporting knowledge. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience working with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, or medical distributors. * Knowledge of Bahrain healthcare market is an advantage. * Valid driving license is preferred for field sales activities. * Strong persuasion and relationship\-building skills.
