The role focuses on engineering strategy, project execution, technical improvements, and collaboration across multiple departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage engineering teams and technical activities * Oversee engineering projects, modifications, and improvements * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements * Support asset performance and operational efficiency * Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field * 2\+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities * Experience in LNG, oil \& gas, petrochemical, or industrial environments * Strong project management and technical leadership skills Pay: BD3,500\.000 \- BD5,000\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hidd
