The ideal candidate has strong experience in artificial intelligence, automation, and data\-driven decision\-making. Experience in the **real estate industry** is an advantage but not required. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives. * Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI technologies. * Lead AI projects from planning to deployment and optimization. * Collaborate with different departments to integrate AI solutions into daily operations. * Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve business performance. * Evaluate and implement AI tools, machine learning models, and automation platforms. * Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical standards. * Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend innovative solutions. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or related technologies. * Strong understanding of AI frameworks, data analytics, and business process automation. * Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. * **Locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** * **Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required.** Work Location: In person
