Job Overview PT Indo Rekaelka Sinergi is seeking a knowledgeable Energy Transition Advisor to support sustainable energy initiatives, clean technology integration, and decarbonization strategies across civil and infrastructure development projects. In this role, you will advise on renewable energy integration, energy efficiency standards, and low\-carbon transition frameworks. Key Responsibilities * Assess client and project infrastructure to recommend green energy transition solutions (e.g., solar integration, energy efficiency measures, and sustainable power technologies). * Provide technical advice and feasibility assessments on clean energy adoption and decarbonization pathways. * Evaluate local energy regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability policies to ensure project compliance. * Develop customized technical proposals, reports, and transition frameworks for external and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with engineering, construction, and management teams to implement low\-carbon building and electrical solutions. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy solutions, or technical advisory roles. * Strong understanding of clean energy technologies, grid integration, and sustainability frameworks. * Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. * Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
