**Job Responsibilities** * Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including split units, package units, window ACs, VRF/VRV systems, and chiller units. * Conduct routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air\-conditioning systems using testing tools and instruments. * Perform repairs for compressors, fan motors, thermostats, PCB boards, and refrigerant piping. * Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, leak testing, brazing, and welding as required. * Respond to daily maintenance requests and ensure timely and quality service delivery. * Maintain service logs, job cards, and checklists for all completed work. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of tools, PPE, and maintenance procedures. * Coordinate with supervisors, team leaders, and other technicians to complete assigned tasks. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning or related technical field. * 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting. * Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems. * Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams. * Basic understanding of BMS and control systems is an advantage. * Good problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
