Inspect welded joints and finished work to ensure quality and accuracy **Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Structural Welder** with experience in the **oil and gas industry** to perform welding and fabrication work on structural components and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment. **Responsibilities** * Perform welding and fabrication work on structural components and equipment within oil and gas facilities. * Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications. * Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively. * Prepare, cut, fit, and weld metal components according to project specifications. * Inspect welded joints and finished work to ensure quality and accuracy. * Perform repairs and modifications as required. * Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment. * Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. * Follow all company safety procedures and applicable oil and gas industry standards. * Comply with permit\-to\-work, PPE, and site safety requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Perform heavy lifting and other physical tasks associated with welding and fabrication. * Report any equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor. **Experience** * Proven experience as a **Structural Welder** in the **oil and gas industry**. * Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication. * Experience with welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Stick/Arc welding. * Experience working on structural steel, platforms, supports, piping structures, and related oil and gas equipment. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications. * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. * Ability to inspect welds and identify defects. * Good understanding of oil and gas site safety procedures and practices. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physically capable of working in demanding conditions and performing heavy lifting. Work Location: In person
