Key Responsibilities * **Creative leadership:** Oversee the studio’s creative direction, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client goals. * **Project management:** Lead multiple design and multimedia projects from concept to execution. * **Team mentorship:** Inspire, guide, and develop designers, artists, and creative professionals. * **Client collaboration:** Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver impactful solutions. * **Innovation:** Introduce new creative trends, tools, and techniques to keep the studio ahead of the curve. * **Quality assurance:** Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of excellence. * **Brand development:** Strengthen Lady Queen Studio’s brand identity through strategic creative initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. * 7\+ years of experience in creative leadership roles. * Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, branding, and multimedia. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). * Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
