Summary: This role involves technical customer engagement, translating business needs into AI solutions, and developing generative AI applications using various AI technologies. Highlights: 1. Develop AI agents and Generative AI applications 2. Convert business requirements into AI use cases 3. Act as the technical interface between customers and AI vendors \*Meet customers together with the AICaaS Function Lead or independently when delegated. \*Conduct technical discovery sessions and convert business requirements into AI use cases, solution requirements, and implementation plans. \* Support the qualification of AI opportunities and assess their technical feasibility. \* Present the technical capabilities, business benefits, solution architecture, limitations, security considerations, and deployment approach to customers. \* Act as the controlled technical interface between stc customers and the AI technology vendor. \*Track vendor actions, technical issues, delivery risks, and pending requirements. \* Review vendor deliverables, configurations, and solution designs before they are presented to customers. \*Develop AI agents and Generative AI applications using large language models, retrieval\-augmented generation, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations. \* Create conversational AI, voice agents, customer\-service agents, and workflow\-automation solutions. \* Support projects from initial discovery and presales through proof of concept, implementation, production deployment, and post\-production support. \*Coordinate technical activities between customers, vendors, stc teams, cloud teams, cybersecurity teams, and other stakeholders. ***Requirements :*** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum three years of experience in AI engineering, software development, machine learning, cloud solutions, technical presales, or solution consulting. * Strong Python development skills. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their AI services. * Experience developing APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
