




**Job Summary:** We are looking for an IT Support Officer to provide technical support to users within our organization. The IT Support Officer will troubleshoot issues, set up equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. **Job Responsibility:** * Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely. * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment. * Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. * Maintain IT asset inventory. * Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. * Document and track technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base. * Manage user accounts and access permissions * Provide training and guidance to end\-users on IT tools, applications, and best practices to enhance their productivity. * Monitor the IT helpdesk and assign cases to the relevant team in timely manner. * Support the staff In AI process Automations * Provide regular training to the staff on the new features of the systems to ensure optimal utilization of the systems **Basic Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven experience as an IT Support or similar role. * Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work both in a team environment and independently. * Valid driving license. * A relevant certification such as CompTIA A\+ is a plus. **Required Skills:** * Excellent troubleshooting skills. * Strong knowledge of operating systems * Proficiency in networking and hardware troubleshooting * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time Job Type: Full\-time
