We are committed, fulfilled and give meaning to our mission, which is to work together to develop new solutions for the industry of tomorrow: an industry that respects the environment and helps to make the world a better place. **JOB CONTENT** **It is with you, that industry can do it!** We are currently seeking a **Casthouse Process****Expert** to lead and manage all casthouse projects with customers in the aluminium industry across the GCC, combining process expertise and commercial insights to develop client solutions and drive business growth in line with regional business and operational strategy **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and manage casthouse project opportunities in aluminum plants across the GCC from early engagement to project execution * Support business development and diversification initiatives in line with the regional strategy for casthouse solutions * Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction * Participate in site visits, audits, and technical meetings to assess customer needs, troubleshoot process challenges, and recommend improvements * Provide technical and process expertise in aluminum casting (melting, alloying, degassing, filtration, casting) to support proposal development, client discussions, and project design * Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical offers, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and cost estimates * Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and client expectations throughout project execution * Contribute to CAPEX and modernization projects, advising new technologies, equipment, and process enhancements for clients’ casthouse operations * Monitor key process and performance indicators across client sites and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization * Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance in all project and site activities in line with the FSG’s HSEQ policy * Align casthouse process innovations with commercial objectives to enhance FSG’s value proposition **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE**: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science or a relevant field * Minimum experience of seven (7\) years in casthouse operations in aluminum or related metals industry * Strong knowledge of casting technologies (DC casting, billet/slab casting, metal treatment) * Proven mechanical and process furnace\-engineering experience, serving as an application engineer or equivalent within cast\-house operations **PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, CERTIFICATION OR MEMBERSHIPs:** * Familiarity with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 is a plus * Lean Six Sigma or other process optimization certification is an advantage **SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficient user of MS Office and data analysis tools * Knowledge of casting simulation software (e.g. ProCAST, Magma) is a plus * Frequent regional/international travel will be required **Why come to Fives?** By becoming part of Fives, you will join an international group offering access to a wide range of growth and mobility opportunities.
