Summary: Seeking a qualified Embryologist to perform laboratory procedures related to assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and ensure high standards of clinical practice and patient care. Stay updated with advancements in embryology and ART techniques We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Embryologist** to join a fertility/IVF medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory procedures related to assisted reproductive technologies (ART), ensuring high standards of clinical practice, accuracy, and patient care. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform all embryology laboratory procedures including IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, grading, freezing, and thawing * Handle gametes and embryos according to established protocols and regulatory standards * Prepare and maintain culture media and laboratory equipment * Monitor embryo development and provide accurate documentation and reports * Assist physicians during oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer procedures * Maintain strict laboratory quality control, hygiene, and safety standards * Ensure proper storage and tracking of biological samples * Participate in quality assurance programs and audits * Maintain detailed patient records and laboratory logs * Stay updated with advancements in embryology and ART techniques * Work closely with doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes **Requirements** * Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Embryology, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an IVF/ART laboratory (Senior roles require more experience) * Hands\-on experience with IVF, ICSI, cryopreservation, and embryo assessment * Strong attention to detail and excellent laboratory skills * Knowledge of quality control standards and ART regulations * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage) * Eligibility for licensing in Bahrain (preferred) **Note: Only candidates with recent photo on the resume will be given priority.\*\*** ***Interested candidates may send CV to:*** ***Email: mathew@topseekersbh.com*** ***WhatsApp:\+973 36604006 (No calls, message only)*** Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * What is your notice period to join? * What is your nationality? * What is your age? * What visa are you on currently? * Are you currently residing in Bahrain?
