This role is crucial in providing an authentic and refined dining experience for our diverse guests. **Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):** * Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with seating arrangements. * Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately. * Serving guests with efficiency and grace, anticipating their needs. * Maintaining a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel services. * Ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas. * Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion. * Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * **Language Proficiency:** **Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement.** Strong proficiency in English is highly desirable, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered a significant asset. * **Experience:** Previous experience as a Hostess or Waitress, particularly within a 4\-star or 5\-star hotel environment, is an added advantage. * **Skills:** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. * **Attributes:** A professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
