We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can drive efficiency, lead high\-performing teams, and create scalable operational strategies that support rapid business growth. This is not a back\-office coordination role. You will play a key leadership position in shaping operational direction, improving cross\-functional performance, and ensuring service delivery standards remain exceptional across every department. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in ERP systems, operational reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Office applications. **Problem Solving:** Ability to make informed decisions under pressure while balancing operational efficiency with business objectives. **Mindset:** You are highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of turning strategic goals into operational results in a fast\-paced environment.
