The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle front desk operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally * Answer and direct phone calls and emails * Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area * Handle appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings * Maintain records, files, and office documents * Coordinate with different departments for administrative support * Receive and distribute couriers, packages, and mail * Assist with basic office administrative tasks Requirements * Locally available in Bahrain * Immediate joiner preferred * Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Ability to multitask and work under pressure Work Location: In person
