Support HR activities related to employee onboarding * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. * Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms. * Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews. * Perform candidate reference checks and employment verification. * Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies. * Coordinate offer preparation, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. * Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records. * Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks. * Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review. * Support HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the GCC. Freshers also welcomed * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Currently residing in Bahrain. * Available to join immediately.
