We work with a diverse portfolio of local clients across various industries, delivering creative solutions that make an impact. We're looking for a talented and experienced **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our growing creative team. If you're passionate about design, thrive in a fast\-paced agency environment, and have strong expertise in both **print and digital media**, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Design creative concepts and visual assets across digital and print platforms. * Create social media content, campaign creatives, branding materials, presentations, and marketing collateral. * Design print materials including brochures, flyers, billboards, packaging, signage, exhibition stands, and other promotional materials. * Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Collaborate with Marketing, Client Servicing, and Production teams to deliver creative solutions. * Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. * Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. * Mentor junior designers and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions. **Requirements** * **4–5 years of experience** as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a creative or advertising agency. * **Proven experience in both print and digital/media design is essential.** * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). * Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication. * Solid knowledge of print production, prepress, color management, and print specifications. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * **A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work is required.** **Bonus Skills** * Experience with Canva, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is an advantage. * Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus. **Why Join TCCA?** * Work on exciting and diverse creative projects. * Be part of a collaborative and passionate team. * Opportunity to grow your skills and career within a creative agency. * Dynamic and supportive work environment where creativity is valued. **Apply Now** Think you're the right fit?
