Build and maintain long-term client relationships AL OALA Information Technology is looking for a motivated and results\-driven IT Sales Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships across Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify business opportunities in the ICT and security solutions space.This specialist will identify prospective clients, present tailored IT solutions, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively discuss client needs and close sales. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline * Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and security solutions * Promote AL OALA’s services, including: ICT Infrastructure IT Security Solutions Surveillance \& Security Systems Solar Power Solutions Home Automation Engineering \& Business Solutions * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and partners **Qualifications** * Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and internal teams * Proficiency in IT Sales and a strong understanding of Information Technology solutions * Strong problem\-solving abilities and a results\-driven mindset * A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field * Knowledge of the local market in Bahrain is an advantage Pay: From BD300\.000 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: * Arabic (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
