Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Cost Control Supervisor** to oversee cost monitoring, budgeting, and reporting activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in financial control processes. Key Responsibilities * **Cost monitoring**: Track and analyze company expenses to ensure alignment with budgets. * **Budget management**: Assist in preparing budgets and monitor variances. * **Financial reporting**: Prepare cost control reports and provide insights to management. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to financial policies, accounting standards, and corporate governance. * **Process improvement**: Recommend strategies to optimize cost efficiency. * **Team supervision**: Lead and mentor junior staff in cost control and financial analysis. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and Excel. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.
