Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Senior Internal Auditor** to lead audit engagements, evaluate internal controls, and provide recommendations that enhance organizational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in auditing standards and practices. Key Responsibilities * **Audit planning**: Develop audit plans, scope, and methodologies for assigned projects. * **Risk assessment**: Identify and evaluate risks across financial and operational processes. * **Internal controls**: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements. * **Compliance review**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies. * **Reporting**: Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. * **Mentorship**: Guide and support junior auditors in their professional development. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 5–7 years of internal auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks. * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Professional certifications such as **CIA**, **CPA**, or **ACCA** are highly preferred.
