Role Overview We are seeking a motivated **Financial Analyst** to join our team in Riffa. The successful candidate will provide financial modeling, reporting, and analysis to support decision\-making and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals eager to grow in corporate finance and contribute to high\-impact projects. Key Responsibilities * **Financial modeling**: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities. * **Data analysis**: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. * **Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. * **Budget support**: Assist in budget preparation and monitor variances against actual performance. * **Market research**: Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Bahraini accounting standards and corporate policies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahraini financial regulations. * Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.
