Coordinate with project teams to resolve site issues and maintain schedules Job Overview We are looking for an experienced **MEP Construction Supervisor** with a strong background in **construction and MEP works**. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising MEP installation activities, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. **Bahrain construction experience is mandatory. Candidates currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately are highly preferred.** Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily **MEP construction and installation activities**. * Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related MEP works on site. * Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other construction works. * Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. * Monitor the quality, progress, and productivity of MEP works. * Ensure installations are completed according to approved drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues. * Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and site teams. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or installation issues. * Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover of MEP systems. * Ensure MEP works comply with project quality and HSE requirements. * Monitor manpower and site resources to ensure project activities remain on schedule. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper site documentation. * Identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions with the project team. * Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding MEP progress and technical issues. Requirements * **3\+ years of experience** in MEP construction supervision or a similar role. * **Strong construction background is required.** * **Previous MEP construction experience in Bahrain is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building services**. * Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Experience supervising MEP subcontractors and construction teams. * Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. * Strong site coordination and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and reporting abilities. * Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under pressure. * Knowledge of Bahrain construction practices and requirements is highly preferred. * **Candidates currently available in Bahrain are highly preferred.** * **Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.** Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in **building construction, commercial projects, residential projects, fit\-out, or MEP contracting companies in Bahrain** are encouraged to apply. **If you are currently in Bahrain and available for immediate joining, please submit your updated CV for consideration.** Work Location: In person
