Requires strong attention to detail and communication skills · Monitor Employee Performance on a Daily Basis. · Monitor Employee Performance during Peak Times. · Monitor Rider Compliance to Company Policies. · Ensure that Employees have selected Sufficient Shifts for the upcoming week. · Follow up on Drivers with No Show, Late Login \& Early Logouts. · Assist H.R in Employee Data Collection. · Providing Necessary Training to New Employees. · Administrative/Supervisor duties as required by the Manager. **Requirements:** · Any Bachelor's degree. · Should be a Male Candidate. · Should be willing to work Night Shifts. · Should have experience in dealing with Laborers. · Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience in Operations or Sales. · Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as Part of a Team. · Should be Verbally Fluent in Hindi. · Should be Proficient in English both written \& verbal. · Immediate Joining. · Local Transfer Only Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD230\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month Work Location: In person
