The Engineering Department is seeking highly motivated and skilled engineers to join our team. **Job Overview** The ideal candidate should direct and oversee EIA projects, resolve issues, and ensure that work is completed according to specifications. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Lead and manage EIA and environmental permitting projects of varying scale and complexity. * Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables. * Oversee project progress and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. * Plan and supervise environmental baseline surveys and field investigations. * Conduct site inspections, environmental audits, and due diligence assessments. * Coordinate collection of environmental data and sampling activities. **Qualifications** * Minimum bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Geography, Geology, Natural Resources, or a related field. **\[Required]** * Master’s degree preferred in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related discipline. * 10\+ years of progressively responsible experience in EIA/ESIA consulting or environmental management. **\[Required]** * Demonstrated experience leading large\-scale environmental studies and multidisciplinary teams. **\[Required]** * Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes. **\[Required]** * Proven experience with major sectors such as infrastructure, transportation, energy, water, mining, industrial, or urban development. **\[Required]** * Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. **\[Required]** * Professional certifications desirable * 5\+ years experience in **AutoCAD/GIS/Microsoft Office** applications **\[Required]** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From BD1\.000 per month Work Location: In person
