Design and implement inventory systems from scratch We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join our Finance \& team. multi\-entity group environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational costs, managing fixed assets, overseeing renovation material stores, and building a comprehensive inventory management system from the ground up. Key responsibilities * Monitor and control operational costs across all business units and prepare detailed periodic reports for senior management * Manage fixed assets — maintain a comprehensive register and detailed statements for all assets per property * Oversee renovation material stores and ensure accurate stock control and tracking * Build a fully functional inventory management system from scratch — design workflows, set policies, and implement appropriate tools * Prepare periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile records against accounting books * Analyze cost variances and present actionable recommendations to management * Coordinate with project and renovation teams to control expenditure and match invoices * Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate and timely data Requirements \& qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration * Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control or financial accounting * Proven experience in fixed asset management and maintaining asset registers * Demonstrated ability to design and implement inventory systems and control procedures from scratch * Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software (SAP or Oracle preferred) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure * Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Work Location: In person
