This role directly impacts product quality, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation. **Scope of Role**  Cofee and matcha beverage preparation  Recipe adherence and quality control  Bar station setup, calibration, and cleanliness  Support FOH during service flow  Escalation of quality, allergen, or equipment issues **Key Performance Measures**  Drink quality and consistency (taste, texture, visuals)  Speed of beverage preparation during peak  Order accuracy and remake rate  Compliance with recipes and specifications  Bar cleanliness and audit scores  Guest feedback related to beverages **Compliance \& Food Safety Responsibilities**  Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handwashing procedures  Maintain temperature control for milk, alternatives, and prepared items  Never guess allergen content; escalate to PIC/Manager  Use only approved ingredients, recipes, and tools  Complete opening, mid\-shift, and closing bar checks when assigned Job Type: Full\-time
