Summary: Lead architectural activities, coordinate with various disciplines, and ensure project compliance and quality throughout the construction lifecycle. Highlights: 1. Ensure project quality and compliance with specifications Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate architectural activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. * Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and technical submissions. * Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues. * Identify design discrepancies, clashes, and construction\-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions. * Monitor construction progress and ensure architectural works are completed according to project schedules. * Review and approve architectural details and finishes where applicable. * Assist in managing design changes, RFIs, site instructions, and technical clarifications. * Ensure proper implementation of project specifications, quality standards, and applicable building requirements. * Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation. * Review as\-built drawings and ensure architectural documentation is properly updated. * Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project management and construction teams. * Support the Project Manager in achieving project quality, schedule, and completion objectives. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field. * 3–7 years of relevant experience in architectural and construction projects * Strong experience in building construction, preferably villas, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, BIM, SketchUp, or related software is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction detailing, materials, and finishing works. * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings. * Strong site coordination and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams. * GCC/Bahrain construction experience is preferred. * Must be currently available in Bahrain. * Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
