Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations **Qualifications: Minimum 4\-6 years' experience in hospitality management.** \- Plan, organize and supervise all housekeeping operations. \- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, offices and back of house areas meet cleanliness and quality standards. \- Train and evaluate housekeeping staff. \- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas. \- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and standards. \- Monitor inventory levels and keep track of supplies, linen and equipment. \- Coordinate with maintenance, front office, laundry and other departments to ensure smooth operations. \- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally. \- Prepare departmental reports, staffing duty rosters, and performance evaluations.
