Conduct risk assessments and incident investigation **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs * Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards * Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis (JSA) * Monitor workplace activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits * Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors * Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records * Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders when required * Promote a proactive safety culture within the organization * Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices * Support emergency preparedness and response planning **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field * Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in HSE roles (industry\-specific if needed) * Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards * Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation * Excellent communication and training skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
