This role involves developing investment strategies, leading due diligence, managing portfolio companies, and building strong relationships with investors and stakeholders. The partner plays a key role in driving financial performance and long‑term value creation. **Key Responsibilities** * Investment Strategy \& Deal Sourcing: * Identify attractive investment opportunities in Bahrain and the broader GCC region. Build and maintain networks with industry leaders, advisors, and corporate partners to source deals. * Due Diligence \& Valuation: Lead financial, commercial, and operational due diligence. Evaluate potential targets, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment. * Deal Structuring \& Negotiation: Develop investment proposals, negotiate terms, and work with legal advisors on transaction documentation. Structure deals that balance risk and return.Oversee portfolio companies, monitor performance, and provide strategic guidance to management teams. Help implement operational improvements and growth initiatives.Communicate regularly with limited partners (LPs) and stakeholders on fund performance, opportunities, and risks. Prepare reports and presentations for investment committees and investors.Ensure all investment activities follow regulatory requirements in Bahrain and relevant jurisdictions.
