Coordinate site execution and manage teams effectively **Job Description:** * Supervise and manage daily joinery and carpentry activities at workshop and project sites * Coordinate with production teams, carpenters, painters, and installers to ensure smooth workflow * Read and interpret joinery drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work * Inspect joinery works to maintain quality standards and finishing requirements * Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and machinery * Handle site measurements and coordinate installation activities when required * Monitor workforce productivity and provide guidance to workers * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company regulations * Report project progress and site issues to management regularly **Experience :** * Minimum 4\-6 years experience in Joinery/Carpentry works with supervisory experience * Strong knowledge of joinery production, furniture works, and interior fit\-out projects * Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site execution * Good leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of wood finishing and installation procedures preferred * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines * Good communication and problem\-solving skills **INTERESTED CANDIDATES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN JOINERY SUPERVISION \& CARPENTRY PROJECTS CAN ONLY APPLY.** **LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED.** **PLS SHARE THE CV to \+973 36899939** Work Location: In person
