Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams **Job Title: Quantity Surveyor** We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team in Bahrain. **Requirements:** * 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within a consultancy environment * Strong knowledge of Bahraini and Saudi codes and standards (essential) * Proven experience in pre\-contract and post\-contract cost management. * Strong background incost estimation, quantity take\-off, tender evaluation, and contract administration * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS tools/software **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and quantity take\-offs * Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contract conditions * Manage tender processes, including evaluation and reporting recommendations * Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and financial progress * Administer contracts in line with consultancy standards and client requirements * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams * Ensure compliance with Saudi and Bahraini regulations, codes, and consultancy If you meet the above requirements, we would be pleased to hear from you.
