Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements Job Overview We are looking for an experienced **MEP Site Supervisor** with a strong background in **construction projects** to oversee and coordinate MEP works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience supervising **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations**, coordinating site activities, and ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. **Bahrain construction experience is mandatory. Candidates currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately are highly preferred.** Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily MEP activities and installations at construction sites. * Coordinate **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works** with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades. * Review MEP drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Monitor the progress and quality of MEP installation works. * Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other construction teams to avoid clashes and delays. * Supervise MEP subcontractors, technicians, and workers on site. * Inspect completed works and ensure proper installation and workmanship. * Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers and project management for solutions. * Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and site teams. * Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. * Assist with inspections, testing, and preparation for consultant/client approvals. * Maintain daily site reports and records of MEP activities and progress. * Ensure compliance with project **HSE and quality requirements**. * Monitor manpower, productivity, and work schedules. * Report delays, technical issues, and site concerns to the project management team. Requirements * **3\+ years of experience** as an MEP Supervisor, MEP Site Supervisor, MEP Engineer, or similar role. * **Strong construction background is required.** * **Previous MEP construction experience in Bahrain is mandatory.** * Good knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems**. * Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications. * Experience coordinating MEP subcontractors and site activities. * Good understanding of construction methods, installation procedures, testing, and commissioning. * Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * **Candidates currently available in Bahrain are highly preferred.** * **Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.** Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in **building construction, commercial projects, residential projects, fit\-out, or MEP contracting companies in Bahrain** are encouraged to apply. **If you are currently in Bahrain and available for immediate joining, please submit your updated CV for consideration.** Work Location: In person
