Role Overview We are seeking a proactive **Customer Relations Officer** to manage client interactions, resolve concerns, and support service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to foster trust and loyalty among customers. Key Responsibilities * **Client engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. * **Issue resolution**: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. * **Service coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. * **Feedback management**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements. * **Reporting**: Prepare customer relations reports and share insights with management. * **Process improvement**: Recommend strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management. * Strong knowledge of Bahraini customer service practices and business culture. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
