Role Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Office Coordinator** to manage daily office operations, support administrative workflows, and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to office management. Key Responsibilities * **Administrative support**: Handle documentation, correspondence, and office records. * **Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events. * **Resource management**: Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs. * **Communication handling**: Act as a liaison between staff, management, and external stakeholders. * **Reporting**: Prepare administrative reports and share updates with management. * **Process improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in office administration or coordination. * Strong knowledge of Bahraini workplace practices and administrative standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
